Responsabilities: • Handle projects and legal consultations in the areas of labor, corporate, administrative, civil, immigration, and real estate law. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents. • Draft legal documents such as deeds, minutes, and powers of attorney with precision and compliance with Panamanian laws. • Provide legal advice on operational, commercial, compliance, and tax matters. • Follow up on procedures and processes before administrative bodies and government entities. • Assist in the preparation of legal reports, memorandums, and legal opinions. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure comprehensive and high-quality service to the firm's clients. • Effective and timely communication with the firm’s clients. Requirements: • License to practice law. • 2 years of experience in handling legal procedures (sales contracts, incorporation of legal entities, compliance, and immigration). • Intermediate-Advanced English. • Car (desirable). • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proactivity, ability to work in a team, and effective management of multiple tasks. • Writing ability. Working days: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements: • Final-year student of the Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science. • Attach university transcripts. • Evening class schedule. • Intermediate English. • Brief experience in drafting legal documents.
