Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents. Draft legal documents such as deeds, minutes, and powers of attorney with precision and compliance with Panamanian laws. Provide legal advice on operational, commercial, compliance, and tax matters. Follow up on procedures and processes before administrative bodies and government entities. Assist in the preparation of legal reports, memorandums, and legal opinions. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure comprehensive and high-quality service to the firm's clients. Effective and timely communication with the firm’s clients. Requirements: License to practice law. 2 years of experience in handling legal procedures (sales contracts, incorporation of legal entities, compliance, and immigration). Intermediate-Advanced English. Car (desirable). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactivity, ability to work in a team, and effective management of multiple tasks. Writing ability. Working days: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
