Bill Victoria R.
Lawyer - Partner
Bill Victoria is partner in Viva Legal Services and specializes in the incorporation of Corporations, Private Interest Foundations, Real Estate, Visas, Work Permits and Litigation in general, among others.
Before joining Viva Legal Services, Mr. Victoria served as a lawyer in the public and private sector, advising local and multinational companies, and working also as an associate lawyer in a recognized local firm where he had the opportunity to handle legal issues within the areas of Civil and Criminal litigation, Corporate Law and Labor Law among other important aspects.
Mr. Victoria graduated in Law and Political Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí (2004). He then studied Specialization in Labor Law at the Autonomous University of Chiriquí and Specialization in Business Administration at the Universidad Latina de Panamá, both in 2017.
Mr. Victoria is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama since November 2004.

Velkis V. Valdés de Victoria

Velkis Valdés specializes in consultancy in Corporate and Commercial Law, Taxes, Agrarian Law, Family, Visas, Work Permits, among others.
Frequently she provides assistance to clients in tax matters and in his experience, she has provided personalized advice, searching for the best alternatives within the Tax Legislation, in order to optimize the tax burden and reduce the tax risk for the client.
Before she joined Viva Legal Services, Ms. Valdés worked in the Public sector, addressing issues of Land, Immigration and Registry Law, which allowed her to gain valuable experience and a broad vision of these areas of Law.
Ms. Valdés obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Universidad Autonoma of Chiriqui (2004). Then, she studied Specialization in Conciliation and Mediation at ULACIT (2006).
In addition, she obtained her Masters in Procedural Law and Administration of Justice at the Universidad Autonoma de Chiriqui in (2015). Ms. Valdés is authorized to practice law in the Republic of Panama since November 2004.
