"My wife and I purchased land in Panama in 2014 with the intent to build a vacation home for my family. In order to insure our endeavor was successful, we hired Viva Legal Services. They were instrumental in our land purchase registry and titling; establishing a Panama corporation for the property; acquiring our Panamanian permanent resident visas; and completing all of the required documentation for the 20 year property tax exemption.

I highly recommend Viva Legal Services for all of your legal needs."

“I had the pleasure of meeting Bill and Velkis 4 years ago.  They were referred to me as I needed legal representation to assist me with the purchase of my property in the Chiriqui province. Bill’s knowledge of the English language, including  English ‘legalese’ in spoken and written form is a huge asset for his clients. When you are in a new country, it surely is a benefit when you can discuss all your concerns and questions in your mother tongue. Bill has a very ‘calm, cool and collected’ nature, which is helpful in stressful situations.

Velkis and Bill have different areas of expertise.  Velkis helped me with my Panamanian resident visa, she accompanied me to Panama City to get my resident visa and we were in and out of the immigration office very quickly.  She also helps me with the annual requirements pertaining to the taxes of my Panama Corporation. They both return calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion. Their office is also completing the Titling for my property

I am very grateful for the assistance provided by Viva Legal Services during my time in Panama”
